FAQ for the Press

1. What is Soaring Phoenix LLC?
Soaring Phoenix LLC partners with small business owners to generate growth strategies for their companies.  The majority of our clients have reached a plateau (revenue, sales, production, and/or employee productivity) and their companies suffer stagnation or worse. We offer clients comprehensive expertise in several business areas, and we provide the resources to help them make wise business decisions.  We generate revenue primarily through our coaching and consulting services and the online tools that we offer.

2. How is Soaring Phoenix LC different from other boutique consulting firms with small business clients?
Our mission is not just to evaluate but also to educate, enable and facilitate growth. Our client’s needs are our primary focus. From our own experience as small business owners, we have first hand knowledge of the critical issues small businesses face.

“A little knowledge is a dangerous thing” applies to most entrepreneurs, since their problems arise from the difference in how much they do or don’t know. It is human nature to play to our strengths and avoid our weaknesses. Business is like a chain, and where the knowledge is weakest, so is the link, and the chain can break, draining profits and morale.

Soaring Phoenix makes it a priority to educate our clients on how to arrive at the right decision, not just provide them with one. We believe our services have more value if they generate real long term results. We work with our clients providing enduring value by helping management advance their own knowledge in problem solving. We know that proactive problem solving is critical to generate true strategic growth.

Our resources include comprehensive online tools, a monthly newsletter, and original articles on pertinent business issues. This contrasts with the strategy of many of our competitors who offer no online tools, and are not interested in teaching their clients what they know. Their strategy results in more projects over the short term (for which they are paid), but ultimately their clients tire of needing a crutch.  Ultimately, we know this is not a good long-term strategy because it doesn't serve the needs of the small business owner.

3. What is the benefit of a digital tool?
Our tools are built to support the small business owner in critical day-to-day business operations or in strategic business development. We create these tools from the first hand knowledge of what it is like to run a day-to-day operation. Our clients repeatedly express their gratitude for having easily accessible tools that are immediately available. With these tools, they can create and implement their company’s infrastructure.
